Contemporary Reflections on Systemic Supervisory Practice

Who should attend?
Any RMFT Supervisor or Supervisor Mentor who is due for a refresher course in 2024. The course is also open to any RMFT Supervisor Qualifying that feels this refresher course would be helpful.
This Refresher will be led by a panel of supervisors. A variety of supervision concerns will be explored and reflected on by the panel, followed by an invitation to attendees to join small groups for their own reflection process.
Topics include:
- Discerning the Fit (How do we decide who we will work with best?)
- Keeping the Fit (How do we attend to contemporary and current issues in supervision?)
- Fixing the Fit (How do we understand what isn't working in supervision, and identify what to do?)
- What's the Fit? (How do we distinguish between Supervision and Consultation?)
- Participants will be asked to read one or more papers before the Refresher date.
- A minimum of 6 people must register in order for this refresher to run.
Cost for this event is $250.00 plus tax. Last Day to register is March 29, 2024.
Refunds will not be provided after March 25, 2024. A 10% fee will be charged for any refunds prior to that. If the course is cancelled full refunds will be provided.
