Any organization is only as strong and relevant as the participation level of its members. So, here is how you can become involved. 

• providing feedback on emails and issues as they arise
• flag issues you believe are important to attend to
• come out to local events
• participate in the AGM where you can vote on issues
• volunteer for special interest committees or the board
