EAP COUNSELLING RESOURCE SPECIALIST- 1 Year Term 

This remote full-time 1-year term position is based in Saskatchewan, reporting to the Manager, Employee Assistance Services. The EAP Counselling Resource Specialist will be responsible for expanding the Manitoba Blue Cross Employee Assistance Program services outside of Manitoba. The Specialist will leverage their clinical therapy background, knowledge of clinical program administration and strong relationship building skills to expand our network of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers and replicate the structure of our existing program through consultation with our Manitoba team.
