Join us in Saskatoon for a practical one-day training in Brief Crisis Therapy with Andrew Sofin, MA, RP, TCF, RMFT. Designed for counsellors, therapists, and helping professionals working with individuals and couples, this six-hour training explores an integrative, trauma-informed approach to creating meaningful movement when clients are in distress and time is limited. Drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Care, participants will leave with practical questions, clinical strategies, case examples, and a flexible framework they can bring directly into their practice.

Learn an adaptable, trauma-informed approach for creating meaningful change in as little as 1-3 sessions.
