The IFS event is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Workshop, designed as an educational event for mental health workers in Saskatchewan. It aims to provide professional development in Internal Family Systems for mental health professionals across the province.
The workshop is scheduled for October 24-25, 2025, with the first day (October 24) running from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM, and the second day (October 25) from 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM. It will be held at the Alt Hotel in downtown Saskatoon, SK.
Leighton Tebay, a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a Master's Degree in Counselling and an IFS Therapist, is the presenter. He has six years of experience in private practice.
The workshop will cover key learning outcomes, including the foundations of IFS, working with protectors and polarizations, healing exiles and shame, addressing legacy burdens, and applying IFS processes and techniques.
Coffee breaks and snacks are included both days.
