Documenting the Practice of Supervision
Presented by: Kelvin Mutter, MTh, DTh, RP, RMFT-S
For CAMFT Members Only
May 6, 2022
1:30 EDT
90 Minutes
Written supervision notes are acknowledged to be an essential component of ethical practice. When compared, however, with other components of supervisory practice, relatively little has been written about the practice of documenting supervision and much of which relates to the function of documentation. The intent of this workshop is to facilitate reflection on the relationship(s) of the supervision record to the living practice of supervision–whether it is private supervision or within an educational environment. Participants will be invited to identify and reflect on ways they might refine their practice of documenting their practice of supervision. This workshop may be counted as part of the refresher process for RMFT-Supervisors.
